Rest In Peace Steve Jobs 1955-2011
When I woke up, my sister said to me, ‘Steve Jobs died’. My reply: ‘No he didn’t’. Unfortunately, she wasn’t lying. I quickly checked twitter, and engadget, and the Apple website. It was true. Unfortunately, on October 5, 2011, a true technological genius left us. When he resigned as CEO of Apple, I thought to myself, I’ll never witness a ‘Steve Note’, never see the genius at work. Today, I remembered that thought, it was no longer never, instead, it was impossible. I’d never meet him. Ever. Fifty-six, a legend, a hero, dead at such a young age. He has been a huge influence in not just my life, but many, many others.
